Terms & Conditions

  • This is a digital Yatra Travel E-Gift Card for use in India. No physical card will be provided.
  • The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
  • The Gift Card can be used for eligible domestic and international flights, domestic hotels, domestic buses, and domestic/international holiday bookings on Yatra.
  • The Gift Card can be used for multiple or partial redemptions until the balance is exhausted, provided it remains valid.
  • Up to 3 Yatra E-Gift Cards can be combined in a single booking.
  • For online flight, hotel, and bus bookings, the Gift Card can be redeemed at the payment page by selecting Gift Voucher and entering the 16-digit card number and 6-digit PIN.
  • Holiday bookings may require redemption through Yatra's designated support process.
  • If the booking amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using an available payment method.
  • Applicable convenience fees, processing fees, government taxes, or excess booking costs may be payable separately where applicable.
  • The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or change.
  • If a transaction fails after the Gift Card has been applied, the deducted amount will be refunded to the same Gift Card.
  • In case of cancellation while the Gift Card is still valid, the applicable refund amount, after applicable cancellation or other charges, will be credited back to the Gift Card.
  • No refund will be processed for the amount paid through the Gift Card if the Gift Card has expired at the time of cancellation.
  • The Gift Card cannot be revalidated or extended after expiry.
  • If the Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be responsible for replacement or compensation.
  • The Gift Card is intended for individual use. Travel agents using the Gift Card may have their booking cancelled without refund.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and Yatra's applicable booking terms and conditions.
  • By purchasing this Gift Card, you agree to the applicable Yatra terms and conditions.
 

How to Redeem

How to Redeem Yatra Travel E-Gift Card

  1. Log in to your Yatra account on the Yatra website or mobile app.
  2. Select your Flight, Hotel, Bus, or Holiday and enter the required booking details.
  3. Continue until you reach the payment page.
  4. Select Gift Voucher as the payment method.
  5. Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and 6-digit PIN.
  6. Click Redeem Gift Card.
  7. If the booking amount is higher than the Gift Card balance, pay the remaining amount using an available payment method.
  8. For holiday bookings, contact Yatra's designated support team for redemption.
Note: Up to 3 Yatra E-Gift Cards can be combined in a single booking.
